SIM cards are available at the airport with internet bundles. Most US phone carriers don’t operate in Lebanon.
The exchange rate varies constantly, please make sure you check it before you travel.
Given the current economic conditions, we recommend ensuring you have cash in USD. While cards are generally accepted, have cash on hand as not all places may accept cards.
For those who wish, car rentals are available at the airport from different agencies. They can also be booked in advance and dropped off at the airport upon your arrival.
Do not drink tap water as it is not filtered.
Do not enter a taxi cab that doesn't have a red plate.
